In Incline Village, there are recreational amenities that are beneficial to the homeowners here year-round. These amenities include two incredible golf courses, three private beaches, a local ski resort, a state-of-the-art recreation center, a tennis complex, and much more. In addition to this, there are also numerous hiking trails and plenty of open space for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Couple this with incredible views from all angles and you will realize that you can’t beat living in Tahoe.

Housing is also a lot more affordable in Northern Nevada compared to most parts of the Bay Area. With property taxes being lower and pairing that with the Tahoe/Reno lifestyle, it’s safe to say that a considerable amount of potential homebuyers find this area very attractive to live in.

Furthermore, there is minimal traffic even during holidays and there is a relatively lack of crime which makes living in Tahoe more desirable and gives residents a sense of comfort and tranquility. Having clean, natural water is also hard to come by compared to other places around the world. Here in Tahoe, we have the luxury of having just that. With Lake Tahoe holding over 39 trillion gallons of water, we are lucky to have a constant supply of fresh water to suit our needs.

When people aren’t working, a lot of folks like to partake in various activities around the basin.
